I have been interested in the Technique for several years now. After finishing a 3 year training course, I qualified as a teacher in 2002 and since then have been giving lessons on Raasay.
The Technique is a way of taking responsibility for the way we use our bodies and minds. By learning the skill of doing everyday things with less tension, we can allow a more balanced and open approach to living.
