The methodology is based on the Hatha system and includes the practise of Asanas ( postures ), Pranyama (breathing exercises) and flowing sequences combining these two elements which helps to bring peace to the mind and body. We concentrate on correct alignment and breathing during the poses which are usually held for 3 -5 breaths. At the beginning and end of the class there is a relaxation period and in-between a mixture of exercises, poses and breath work.
